Cancellation Policy

Termination. • By Member: The Member may terminate this Agreement by providing 14 days written notice to Studio Simple. • By Studio Simple: Studio Simple may terminate this Agreement for any reason by providing 14 days written notice to the Member or immediately for cause (such as late or non-payment of Fees, any breach of these terms and conditions or the rules/guidelines of Studio Simple). Post Termination Obligations: Upon termination of this Agreement, the Member agrees to: • Vacate Studio: Immediately vacate the Studio and remove all personal property. Any personal property left on the premises after termination may be disposed of by Studio Simple at its discretion. • Return of Access Devices: Return any access codes, key cards, or other access devices provided by Studio Simple. Failure to return these items may result in additional charges. • Confidentiality: Continue to adhere to the confidentiality obligations set out in this Agreement, which shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
