Studio Simple Co-Working Rules
General Conduct

Respect Others: Maintain a professional, respectful, and friendly demeanour towards all fellow members and staff.

Noise Levels: Keep noise to a minimum. Use headphones for calls and music.

Cleanliness: Clean up after yourself. Dispose of rubbish properly and keep communal areas tidy.

Shared Resources: Be considerate when using shared resources such as coffee machines, kitchen facilities and cutlery. All kitchen items, such as mugs, must be returned to the kitchen upon your exit of the co-working space.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within the co-working space.

Prohibited Substances: Use of drugs and other illegal substances is strictly forbidden.
Usage of Space

Membership Access: Only members and their guests are allowed in the co-working space.

Workspace Boundaries: Do not encroach on others' workspace areas. If you need more space, check with the management.

Meeting Table: Book the meeting table in advance. Adhere to the booking schedule and vacate the table promptly after your allotted time.

Desk Etiquette: You are permitted to display a sign for your business on the desk only. Our co-working space can be used as your trading address, however it cannot be utilised as if it were your registered office.

Filming and Recording: You are not permitted to take pictures or record the Simple Studio Ltd co-working space if other guests appear on such pictures or videos and they have not provided their explicit permission.

Studio Simple Design Library Resources: You will not remove any resources from the co-working space, and will utilise these with care.
Safety and Security

Personal Belongings: Keep your personal belongings secure and avoid leaving these unattended. The co-working space is not responsible for lost or stolen items. You are not permitted to use and/or display personal items which are offensive to other visitors or are illegal.

Emergency Exits: Familiarise yourself with emergency exits and procedures.

Security Access: Do not share your access credentials with non-members. Report any suspicious activity to the staff immediately.

Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Technology and Internet Use

Internet Use: Use the internet responsibly and avoid activities that consume excessive bandwidth or are illegal.

Equipment Use: You are to use our equipment with reasonable care, and you must ensure that the power supply of any electrical equipment is turned off once you are finished using the equipment.

Equipment Care: You are not to alter, install, remove or damage any furniture, office equipment, IT cabling and telecommunication tools. Installation of equipment must be authorised by us. Report any damages or malfunctions to the staff immediately.

Personal Devices: Ensure your personal devices are secure and do not interfere with the operation of the co-working space’s network.

Liability: Any items provided to you by Simple Studio Ltd for temporary use will be your responsibility, and you will be expected to pay for replacement fees should the property be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
Community and Collaboration

Networking: Engage with the community respectfully. Networking is encouraged, but aggressive solicitation is not permitted.

Events and Workshops: You are welcome to participate in events and workshops organised by the space. Respect the rules of these events and the space.
Compliance

Adherence: Members must adhere to these rules at all times. Repeated violations may result in termination of membership.

Policy Changes: The management reserves the right to update these rules. Members will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
Pets

Pets: Pets are not permitted in our co-working space.
